Connecting your Nintendo Wii to the Internet Guide

Connecting your WIi to the internet is very straightforward - you must start buy connecting your Wii to your broadband router.  This can be done via a cable or using a wireless wi-fi internet connection.

Step 1 - Purchase a compatible wireless router and enable it for wireless networking (common routers include netgear, linksys, dlink, vigor and belkin)

Step 2 - Turn on your Nintendo Wii and select Wii Options then Wii Settings

Step 3 - Choose internet then connection settings then edit connection 1

Step 4 - Search for a wireless access point (your router should appear in the list)  and select it

Step 5 - Test the connection, it should say successfull! Your done.
